Today was a GREAT day! The minute I stepped into Pink Room, I was
given my Professional Manicurist Certificate. I was surprised because I
had totally forgotten that today was the very last lesson of the natural
nail care course! Anyway, the certificate is all pink and pretty and
I’m going to get it laminated tomorrow so that I can display it proudly
at my mani station!
Today’s class was fun too! One of my classmates was running late, so we had to start first without her. We always work in pairs, so this meant that there would be one person who wouldn’t have a partner. We were supposed to do the full classic pedicure process, but Nicole asked me to do double duty so that I ended up like this:

That’s Wenting taking my left leg and Pam taking my right leg! It was funny.
It was also terribly unglamorous because I felt like I was all ready to birth a baby. ANYWAY!
This is Pam hard at work:

And Wenting:
Later, we swopped over and I worked on Pam’s feet. We had to polish the nails red as well as french, so this is what it looked like at the end (poor Pam!):

I was very happy because Nicole said I did a good job! I am always happy to receive praise because I always look forward to feedback that I have improved. So… this really made my day!
