Diploma course! Amazing the points he brought up, the demo he did, even
the mistakes he pointed out, were all the same.
Rounds & rounds of Diploma courses, and many years down the road, the teaching standard is still the same! Imagine your kid is stuck at Primary one after 15 years, and you're teaching her ABC after the n-time. Yes, that's what's happening since we are focusing on foundational skills to students with zero knowledge.
What makes a good trainer is the ability to repeat each cycle with the same passion & standard. Never dulled or jaded after repeating the same mistake again and again.
